Order Cancellation and Returns:
Should you reconsider your decision after placing an order online or offline, you have up to 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel your order.
If you encounter any issues with the product’s quality, pricing, or authenticity upon delivery, you are entitled to return the product along with your proof of purchase (sales invoice/order phone number) within 7 days of the purchase date. For online orders, please contact our customer care promptly. Note that perishable food items must be returned within 48 hours.
Upon returning or exchanging a product, you will either receive a replacement of equal value or a refund equal to the amount of the returned product.
Product Delivery:
Home deliveries can be made for products of any weight up to the 2nd floor. For deliveries above this level, up to 15 kg of products will incur the standard delivery charge. For every additional 5 kg, an extra fee of Tk 10 will be charged. However, if an elevator is available, no additional fees will apply.We strive to deliver orders on the same day. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we guarantee delivery within the next 24 hours, In sha Allah.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method or through another convenient option, once the product is returned.
Refunds will be credited to your mobile banking account (if applicable) or back to your credit/debit card.
Please allow us 5-7 business days to process the refund to your account. If the product was purchased at a promotional price, refunds, replacements, or adjustments will reflect that discounted price.
For orders paid with multiple methods, refunds will be issued in the following order:
If purchased directly from the outlet – Cash
If purchased online / through Customer Care – Mobile Banking Portal (e.g., bkash, Cash)
